Jasno&Glasno d.o.o., Zagreb, Zavrtnica 5, VAT number: 91380060617 (hereinafter: Jasno&Glasno) respects and protects the privacy and security of the personal data of our users. The Privacy Policy regulates the way in which Jasno&Glasno handles processed information, i.e. collected from the users who visit our website. Personal data processing is based on one of the legal bases for processing.

Personal data controller

The manager of users’ personal data processing is Jasno&Glasno. The Privacy Policy applies to all users’ personal data that we collect and process, directly or through our partners. Personal data is any data relating to a natural person whose identity has been established or can be established, directly or indirectly. This Policy does not apply to anonymous data, i.e. data that cannot be linked to a specific natural person.

Data collection and use

Jasno&Glasno (www.jasnoiglasno.com) collects solely the personal data for which users have given their consent. By accepting the Privacy Policy, the user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data for the purposes listed below. At any time, the user can revoke his consent by sending a written revocation to the email address kontakt@jasnoiglasno.com.

Jasno&Glasno collects personal information that accumulates when users visit www.jasnoiglasno.com and communicate with Jasno&Glasno via online forms or by phone.

This information is used by Jasno&Glasno exclusively for the purpose of providing answers and for the purpose of communicating with users. The collected data is generated at the email address kontakt@jasnoiglasno.com and Jasno&Glasno does not use it for any purpose other than the one stated above.

Forwarding data to third parties

In the case of giving consent to marketing, we store the data until the consent is withdrawn. In case of rejected offers, where no consent has been given for marketing, the data related to offers are kept for one year, and in case a deletion is requested, the data will be deleted immediately. Personal data that is no longer needed is irreversibly anonymised or removed in a secure manner.

User rights in data processing

The user has the right at any time to withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data and request the cessation of further processing of his data via email kontakt@jasnoiglasno.com, unless this concerns data processing for statistical purposes, when personal data no longer allow identification of the person they relate to.

The user also has the right to request the correction or modification of personal data provided for processing. Withdrawal of consent or request for correction or modification of personal data is submitted in writing by email to kontakt@jasnoiglasno.com.

In case users do not want to share their data, they may not be able to access some parts of the Jasno&Glasno website.
